You can also PM a mod or email Raps at the email address he's provided you.

Several attempts by Raps to contact OP by PM with no response after 2 weeks. No response to PM from Dips after 2 weeks.
I am assuming the problem was resolved on its own?

Just a reminder to people that PM'ing or emailing a mod is faster and more effective than posting in the forum and hoping we see it.

Also, when we do respond by PM or email, please at least take the time to let us know you got the message.
We do care and we worry when someone makes an urgent plea, especially a public plea, and then never even gets back to us.

And finally, if you request contact by voice, please give us the info needed to accomplish that.
