  • CEO cuts his perks to help company

I wish I could work for this guy! He cut his pay so they wouldn't have to fire anyone, does the work his employees do, and takes the bus to work! A very down-to-earth man.

And more here; He made his office an open space for employees too.

Nice, we need more people like him in the world.

That guy is amazing. He gives me faith that there are some individuals that know how to do business.
I can only please one person a day, today isn't your day, and tomorrow doesn't look good either.

When someone asks you a stupid question, give them a stupid answer.

I think he stated somewhere in the clip that he should go through the same thing is workers are going through. He also works the front line because he likes to get his hands dirty and see what is going on.

The workers who were interviewed absolutely loved the fact that he spends time with them so he can see the effects of his decisions.

There should be more CEO's like that!

This actually reminds me of Chic-fil-a somewhat too... just remembering the blurb about the founder S. Truett Cathy and that he didn't take a salary one year to ensure that the employees didn't have pay cuts.

Not a lot of business owners or higher-ups will do that for their employees.
