    I think the subject says it all, but a Michigan jail inmate is suing because a ban on porn in the jail violates his constitutional rights.

    Um, wow. I really hope that this goes to trial if for the simple fact that the judge can nail him with the following:

    1.) Items with gratuitous sexual content (aka porn) is not protected under the 1st amendment as it cannot pass the miller test.

    2.) An inmate in incarceration is not granted certain civil liberties that a free person has. Right to bear arms and right to privacy are such examples.

    This holds promise for being one of the most amusing trial wafflestomps of the year.
