    Recently I have noticed a increase of SCs talking on their phone, not necessary a normal conversation, but with another company.

    Just yesterday a SC was on their phone arguing with what sounded like their cable or satellite TV company about some problem they were having. The SC kept angry responding to the rep about how they needed to fix it it, what you are only giving me a $x discount, etc.

    This is how that particular conversation ended:
    SC: how the hell am I supposed to know what the box says! I'm not home!
    Pause
    SC: Well, let me guess you neeeed me to tall you something to solve it
    Pause
    SC: Taht's what the last jerk tole me! I told you, I"M NOT HOME! Get me you supervisor NOW! I'm sick of this BS!
    Pause
    SC: Three minutes! You people suck!
