Before anyone asks, I'm not a headmaster nor involved in the teaching profession in any way.
I'm a call centre monkey for a very large company who currently like to believe in better.
Have experienced plenty of customer suck in my two years at the company, and have learned that nobody sticks up for CSRs except for fellow CSRs and most ex-CSRs.
Expect plenty of stories of wonderment, *headdesk* and *facepalm*!
