I was perusing Skymall to find a robot head clock radio I'd heard about earlier (it was too cool not to have, but no longer exists, sadly), and instead, between the Darth Vader Clock Radio and just-as-expensive-but-ordinary clock radio, found this:

So, nanny cam type thing, right? Well, the first and only review tells me it was used for other purposes (I'd be lying if the same thought didn't cross my mind, as my mind tends to roll that way):

"yes it takes pictures but it uses a format that will not play on my computer. so if you buy one keep your papers you may want to send it back."

Lmao, my first thought at the ad was "creepy" and the comment solidified that thought for me XD.

I'm sure it's useful for security, but I mostly find it creepy. Mainly because you only expect an alarm clock in a bedroom.
