    So this is just the best thing to happen since working at the shop.

    SC comes in with a product that she says has an intermittent fault, a coworker tests it and sure enough no fault, we were busy so I told coworker to just do what the system says. By that I mean we have a system that tells us if we can replace a product or repair it but we use this after we see a fault - so already we've gone out of our way.

    Coworker explains to SC that we need to send the product for a repair, oh how she is not happy with that, cue the usual I want to speak to a manager.

    She also mentioned that she took something to a competitor and they just refunded it, I asked what was wrong with it she said nothing it was just not what they wanted and they hadn't opened it ( THATS WHY THEY TOOK IT BACK YOU NUMPTY!)

    So the sc literally waited half an hour for the manager to come out and repeat word for word what coworker told her, best thing is that he was so polite it annoyed them. So no recourse from corporate- I love the fact that if she thought she moaned enough shed get what she wanted but no.


    Ooh and bonus for us, while she was waiting we swapped at least 5 other faulty products as the system allowed us to, she was not happy..
