Need help with the name of a TV show

It's a reality show, sometime within the past 10 years. Basically several women would be in a house together and try to improve themselves and there was a life-coach and some challenges.

One participant was a woman who had adult ADD and was very disorganized and was trying to overcome that.

The only other participant I remember was named Deborah (pronounced de BORE ah) and she was eventually asked to leave.

I am totally spacing this so any help would be appreciated
