so as per normal for my gaming group we got SLIGHTLY off topic of running away from a drake....

and got talking about a voice actor, which led to talking about old cartoons...

and we're trying to remember a old TV cartoon, showed during the heathcliff cartoon, and all we can remember is one of the mooks was a HUGE gray cat that was a few dozen fries short of a happy meal but was big and lovable (think he wore a red vest too.) but he wasn't the main cat person thingy.
It is by snark alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of the coffee bean that thoughts acquire 'tude, the lips acquire mouthiness, the glares become a warning.

His name was Mungo, and he was in the Catillac Cats segment.

Was it a Mallard? With some ducks, you can't tell the drakes from the hens unless you get "up close and personal" (which you couldn't do while running away from it), but with others they are coloured differently (with Mallards, only the drake has the irridescent blue and green head). Still, what a bunch of wusses to be afraid of a duck.

nono we were playing Savage worlds...

a drake (at least in that world) is the retarded inbred cousin of a dragon, but just as nasty.
