    Dolphin appears to approach divers for help

    The link has both the news report and the full video (about 8.5 minutes long). It's pretty mind-blowing.

    Amazing! Good thing for smarts and experience all around. The dolphin somehow knew to go to the divers for help.* The divers worked with the dolphin were experienced - for example he didn't hold the dolphin still while working on him/her and the dolphin seemed to know that they couldn't follow him up to keep working on him so went up for air and came back.

    *I wonder if the dolphin "knew" that night divers are more experienced?

      I am not sure why this is such a surprise to people. Dolphins are probably smarter then most humans.
      Engaged to the amazing Marmalady. She is my Silver Dragon, shining as bright as the sun. I her Black Dragon (though good honestly), dark as night..fierce and strong.

        I agree. This dolphin may have had previous experience with humans. Perhaps it used to live in a Sea World or something.
        Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
