because I'm out of large cups. A woman just came to me at the cafe with a couple of merchandise items and also wanted a large soda. I let her know we are out of large cups. She got huffy and said "I'll go somewhere else." I could've at least rung up her stuff for her, but I guess she'd rather wait in line up front. Whatever.
