Sorry, I'm just so sick of seeing Trump every single day on the TV and Internet, I just want one site free of it!

I downloaded adblocker for my phone so they don't come up at all, to me it's just a lot easier that way.

I promise that in October those ads will be gone. ;)

I thought the reality show "Pick the biggest liar in the U.S." was going to be aired in November, so these ads would still be around in October.

Since you can't play favourites, would nuking ALL political ads be a valid work-around?

This is actually a fantastic idea, and I've already made the switch to block all politics ads. Until it was suggested, it didn't even occur to me to check to see if I could. Done.

Will this also block ads for Disney? After all, Mickey Mouse is always a popular write-in candidate.:p

Also, how far does this go regarding blocking ads with the candidate's name? I understand that Trump owns a number of hotels and casinos that bear his name - would their ads be blocked? How about ads unrelated to a candidate but bearing their name? For example, Kentucky Fried Chicken (Colonel Sanders), or a railroad museum bragging about their new replica of the DeWitt Clinton (one of the first steam locomotives in the U.S.)?

My apologies if I was out of line. I'm just so irritated with it all; I certainly didn't mean to cause trouble here. Blocking all political ads is just fine.

Nah. This is exactly the sort of thing we mean by "problematic" ads (along with audio ads, flashing banners, et al). If they'll tick users off, let us know in here!

I'm getting redirected every now and again to AliExpress. I click on a link and what comes up isn't the next page in the thread, but something being sold on this AliExpress website. Back up and try again and I get what's supposed to be on the link, but it's getting annoying. Is it just me? And is there anything you can do?
