  • I'm Back!!!

After the death of my old phone and laptop, the shutdown of Forum Runner and a couple years hiatus. Back to the site again! Missed to Xmas cards, lol. Still working for the Railway and wondering at the sheer stupidity of upper management, who seem to be under the impression that locomotives can be fixed by waving a magic wand and that whole trains can teleport!

But the dreams have remained, and they've come around...
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged.
One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world.
The other, of course, involves orcs." -- John Rogers
