Seems like Joanna could use a refresher on dealing with disruptive customers.
Never refuse the return because of their behavior, but NEVER cave in because of their behavior.
Politely and calmly ask that they control themselves and behave appropriately. Then explain that if they don't stop swearing, they will need to leave the store.
Then explain that, while they are free to try again when they feel they can control themselves, right now they need to leave.
And if they do not leave RIGHT NOW, the police will be summoned to assist with that.
