Default Grateful customer
Got a compliment on my route sheet today. One of my customers called the paper to say that they couldn't even get out of their house this week, and they were amazed to discover their paper had been delivered in the snow. Yeah, I felt like a bottle of awesome sauce this morning!

Good for you! Nice to get compliments on your deliveries in bad weather, doesn't it? Makes everything feel a lot more worthwhile!
