You tell me to stop turning off the light, and I get punished?
We have study rooms, which of course have rules, one of them is you have to leave the lights on.
This one guy kept on turning them off, then when he is told to turn them on again, he will but as soon as possible turn them off. After being told by 3 librarians to cut it out, my supervisor called security. I came to replace her and she (and the librarian that was with her) told me about him, and that she called security.
Security never showed up. They did call my supervisor and said he left. I didn't know they told her that. So I'm still waiting for security, and 40 min latter I tell my super that security didn't show up. My super is surprised, she said they told her the guy left. She asked me to call security.
The main night security came up and told the guy to leave. The security told him why he had to leave and the SC was surprised he had to leave because he wouldn't follow the library rules. SC takes his time, and at one point was at a table taking his time to pack. Luckily security hurried him out. This particular guard likes kicking out people. When I told this security what the other security officer said (that the guy had left, when really he didn't) he was confused about why the other guard said the sc left.
