Site slowness, error

Having a hard time with both sites, loading very slowly, also getting some of this:

Here's the short version: I suspect the problem is at the data center which holds the server.

I've logged into the servers, and they're running, as far as can be told, just fine. CPU, Disk, Network, all are operating as they have been. Memory usage is doing the same. In short, there's no reason, especially with the reboots, for the site to be slow.

I've opened a support ticket with the hosting provider, and hope we'll have an answer soon.
