Assisting the confused
Relatively minor, so mods if you feel like telling me how awesome I am please feel free.
Anyway, I was assisting someone with our website yesterday - a 'staying logged in' issue so she couldn't check her order out. The following conversation took place.
"What Internet browser do you use?"
"Er, Google?"
"Hmm, when you go to the Internet, do you click on a blue 'e'?"
"I ... don't know."
"Tell you what, I'll push this through from the back end, shall I?"
I'm smug enough to say that I'm one of the few people who can do the latter part, but that response I had made me give up.
