Hello eveyone
Been reading the site for the last couple of months and finally decided to sign up properly.
Have worked in CS and support roles before but I suspect most of my posts will be from the other perspective- I live in mainland Europe where there is no concept of customer service. I love reading the stories on here about good customer service and how you try to help people out which never happens here.
