Default Thank you so much.

Today is my daughter's 14 birthday. I was sick recently and my paycheck suffered. Added to this, we are in the middle of preparing for a huge music festial that is this weekend. Because of this, mostly money being so tight this week, we are having to wait to have my daughters party after the 27th when I get paid. I mentioned this to my co-manager the other day in passing.

When I got to work today to relieve her, she tells me that she will be right back. She comes back and hands me a bakery box. CM tells me that she has been in my situation before and while she knew that Amy would be getting her party and gifts in a few days, she wanted Amy to have something on her actual birthday.

So this was just a little shoutout to thank her for caring about me and my kids when she didn't have to.

Aww, that's so sweet. Your daughter will definitely love that.

How sweet. That was wonderful.
