New here, living in Japan
Hello everyone. I've been a reader of Customers Suck for a couple years now, but never really got around to registering. But I have stories I'd like to share.
I'm living in Japan as an English teacher, but I used to work as a supervisor in a call centre in Canada. I don't have many stories about the teaching job, but a few from the call centre.
