Complaint Disguised as Compliment

[Food Lady]

So I'm @ the fast food job today taking cash on drive, CW taking orders. Lady asks for mngr & compliments CW on her speed & accuracy. I think this is nice until lady says, "Usually they're punching in all kinds of stuff and it's a mess." So really, she's complaining. Ok, we have a touch-screen; miss-punches will happen & we have to put in the whole meal option, then another item before we can take it off. Not to mention we're training new people, and even we seasoned people can miss something while multi-tasking. We correct it, confirm it, and total it, so why the complaint? Sorry we're not perfect robots, ma'am.
