I get a phone call from a call centre and I call them back (by the way, have I mentioned that, while I haven't yet found a job, I have gotten more calls here in Really Depressed Hometown than I got back in Niagara??)
Things seem to be going swimmingly until I mention I'm going back to school fulltime in a month.
They only hire fulltime.
So apparently I was THIS CLOSE to getting a fulltime job ... !!! (No guarantees, of course, but it sounded very promising!)
Oh well. We chatted a bit more and the guy indicated strongly he would keep my info on file ... until I graduate in 2 years. So I must've made a good impression anyway.
He also said they are tossing around the idea of parttime work and if it was implemented they would be contacting a lot of people ... and it sounds as if I will be one of them ....
