  • Gaming on Remote Access

Is it possible for me to play Fallout 3 via remote access? My laptop would die if I tried to play it off of it's hard drive.
I have a...thing. Wanna see it?

Should theoretically be possible, though it'd be laggy as all get out, especially if your laptop doesn't have a dedicated graphics processor and a whack of RAM. The big trick would be whether the disc needs to be in your laptop or desktop when it does the check. That, I don't know.
    Ba'al: I'm a god. Gods are all-knowing.

No type of remote access program supports Directx, so i would say no, Fallout 3 will not run remotely like that. Also, it would kill your battery just as fast because Fallout uses a lot of processing power, both graphics and system. This will kill your battery far quicker than the hard drive. 3d Gaming on a battery doesn't really work because of the massive strain the game puts on the laptop.
