SC: *Hands me a coupon* "I want to use it on the scale"

Me: I'm sorry but you cant use this coupon on the scale, but you can use it on the candle.

SC: You have got to be F#@*ing kidding me *Leaves items and coupon the the counter and leaves without another word.

Me and my coworker look at each other like what just happened.

SC: *Comes back into store* Snippy voice "I forgot my coupon" *Leaves in a huff.

She could have but in my experience they NEVER do that. Especially since they most often consider the problems which lead to them not being able to buy the items the fault of the store or employees somehow. So by their logic, they were going to buy the items, it's our fault they can't so we can just put the shit back on the shelves ourselves. I've been told this a few times by SCs.
