YOUR (meaning the customer) extreem on purpose fuckup and it being OUR ((meaning my store) fault.
A couple of shifts ago I had the delightful enjoyment to deliver this one.
A manger/supervisor at a local grocery store warehouse/distribution center placed an on-line order for delivery around 10pm. They ordered 8 large pizzas. Nothing out of the ordinary. At the proper time the order gets made and I delivery it. I meet the supervisor at the designated door, pleasantries are exchanged and super signs the CC slip (with a generous tip to boot).
The super then says "WHERE are my other pizzas???? I ordered like 12 medium pizzas. I look at the ticket to verify what I delivered was correct which it was. I tell the super this and express that I can only go by what is one the ticket. IF there has been some mistake he would need to call the store and discuss the situation with the MOD.
I leave. By the time I get back to the store the super is on the phone with my MOD and the MOD IS NON TOO HAPPY.
It seems the super DID look at the confirmation e-mail sent to him and saw the EXACT ORDER he placed BUT DID NOTHING about it.
While on the phone the super makes the following statement --- "WELL I want those 5 extra pizzas for free because......."
WAIT FOR IT...
"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT"
Really dude how have you managed to stay alive all these years with that logic and reasoning.
