Camping out in the office

Work used to go so well. Managerial changes didn't affect anything. Work was split up nicely, so no one had to bust ass just to keep things at a low boil.
Until this new guy takes over. Basically does nothing but sit in the office. Makes a mountain out of every
administrative task that every other manager that worked there knocked out and then helped outside on the floor.
Disheartening to see someone do next to nothing when you know shit will roll downhill.

Used to have a store manager at Random Craft Store that everyone knew where he'd be: inside the manager's office, doing basically nothing. He didn't know how to do much of anything, really, and did very little outside of sitting in the office or doing random things here and there.
