Skyrim save..ugh

I have been the only one playing it for a while now, and just last night Al was playing an old file of his.

Today I played and saved again...right over his file!

Is there no way to recover from a hard save?

Ouch. If the physical location of the old save hasn't been overwritten, there's a chance ofusing a util like NTFS Undelete. Time and anything written to the drive make recovery more unlikely.

Sadly, I'm not able to access my own system with Skyrim and the save files to be able to tell you more on how to rename files so as to not re-overwrite something else.
