    Oh yeah, being dehydrated always fucks me over. And of course--since most of the time, it hasn't been a "planned" blood draw--I haven't drank anything in hours. Yay IVs for dehydration...not.

    I don't think anyone has ever tried to use the same needle twice on me. I would be very upset if they did. I think they just use "regular" needles on me, but I also warn everyone that my veins are very hard to find and that I can't look or I'll faint.

      Yeah, if I have a "surprise" blood draw, I always warn them. Usually they just write a script and send me to Quest. Then I have some time to prepare (the water drinking).
