I <3 raw carrots and will eat them to the point of stomach discomfort, but will not eat them cooked. Must be the texture.

Not jumping in line here, just saying that I am the same way about salmon. Love it raw, love it smoked, not a huge fan of it cooked...thinks it loses a lot of flavor when cooked, and in my life, I have had it cooked where I liked it a lot a total of four (4) times.
