I work for a phone company. We don't take calls from customers, but we support those who do, they often have to phone us to figure out whats wrong, as they don't have access to the right systems. Got 2 funny calls passed to us from CustService today.
#1. This lady phoned, she thought her phone number got sent to mexico because she got a phone call from someone she doesn't know who was in mexico. We still had to check to see if everything was ok with the phone number, but it turns out, it was just a wrong number.
#2 someone phoned and said their phone wasn't working (had activated in June). Turns out her cellphone wasn't working, and couldn't phone her house. The funny part was my bosses comment, which goes something along the lines of "what does she have no friends, and only figured out now that she's lonely and wanted someone to call her... how do you not know your phone doesn't work for 6 months".
