    Whenever you hear of a customer that apologizes for a problem without escalating it, or a customer that chews out the person being sucky, or a customer defending a clerk, or a customer who gets bad news and trusts the expert and accepts the prognosis...

    Those are the customers that are one of us, at least in spirit.
