Well, apparently those who hadn't put together the name coincidence, have now. According to rankings, this commercial shot to the top of the "most viewed online commercials" after the lawsuit was announced.

I like TechDirt's take on it. Perhaps E*Trade owes her money for making their commercial more visible.

I caught that one while watching the Super Bowl. I didn't think to associate it with Lohan. She probably is going for a quick settlement to pay a drug debt or outstanding court costs and penalties.

i didn't see the ad until after i read this but.. now every time it comes up on Hulu, because of that stupid lawsuit i click "LIKE" on the advert.
