I started out with the airlines and went on to supermarkets. Oh my word, these people are the most insane bunch of people ever. Talk about entitlement whores and sucky customers!
I read the site now whenever I get bored and there are some that I've saved as favorites in what I call my 'humor book.' It's a book I put together of various stories and emails that guarantee to make me laugh anytime.
