  • SC sues dry cleaners for $54 million... & he's a JUDGE!!!

I just started hearing about this story on the local news this week, but apparently the story first broke in early May. A dry cleaners here in the D.C. area is being sued by a SC, claiming that they didn't deliver on the promise made on their posted in-store signage, which reads "Satisfaction guaranteed". The catch? It's a frivolous lawsuit, asking for $54 million!

And the worst part of all? HE'S A JUDGE!!!! A United States JUDGE is filing a frivolous lawsuit!

If the judge hearing the case has ANY sense, he'll not only find in favor of the defendants, but he'll also DISBAR the judge that filed the frivolous lawsuit!!!

Anyway, here's the story, as reported at WTOPnews.Com:

What the FRAK is this world coming to when even a JUDGE is allowed to be that much of an SC that he's allowed to file a frivolous lawsuit without ANY legal merit, and ask for LUDICROUS sums of money?!?

The judge hearing the case BETTER throw the book at this asshat, or else he's liable to get BURIED under a DELUGE of letters! And that'll just be from ME!
