    I hope the management reply is along the lines of: We are closing your account, and will be sending an invoice for the overdrafts. Moneybags has been instructed to cooperate with law enforcement.

        At the bank I used to work at, accounts were allowed to stay negative for 45 days (and after the third day, the account would get hit with a daily sustained overdraft fee), and after 45 days the account would be closed and sent to collections.
