  • Southland Woman Shocked By ‘F— You’ Message From Expedia Employee

    Wow...the tl;dr explanation:

Woman complains about her Expedia experience. Expedia employee cancels her reservations and writes "F**k You" in an email...

    http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2016/...edia-employee/

Now, the woman admits she complained. I don't know if she's being truthful in how she complained, though. Expedia is basically blaming her for them canceling the reservation.

Holy crap. A customer complaint that's actually 100% legit o_O I need to sit down for a moment...

Definitely something where a quasi-legit complaint turned into a much bigger complaint.

Though I still wonder how the customer complained. Was she respectful, or was she SC about it?

We've all thought about getting back at SCs in some way, but this lady's complaint was legit. Still complaint or not this was not professional.

That's the reaction I had when I read this on my local news channel app last week when it was first reported.

She has a legitimate complaint, no doubt IMO. The "FU" reply was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I think someone may be out of a job because of that.

Especially since the "FU" was a comment on a message where the employee had canceled the customer's reservation out of spite, with no refund. By doing this, they were stealing from the customer, exposing their employer to liability.
Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling.
