        One of my friends from childhood told me a similar story about her aunt. She was walking through the mall bumped into a column, said excuse me and kept on going. Even all these years later that story still makes me chuckle.

        And yeah, I'm pretty sure I've apologized to inanimate objects.
        I would have a nice day, but I have other things to do.
