    It doesn't, of course. Most of us remember our high school pep rallies and shudder; why would we want to live through that again?!

    I remember one job I worked had some big team-building exercise day. They brought in these overly happy, chirpy camp counselor types (like in Addams Family Values), so hyper they made The Great Cornholio look like a sleeping three-toed sloth. They talked to us like were were little children and had us do all sorts of stupid stunts. Ugh. Needless to say, I didn't last too long at that job.
