How will money solve the issue?...

Don't you just hate when an SC complains about something, and there answer to how you can help is by giving them some sort of monetary compensation. Well, following happened this morning, during check out:

SC = SC
SD = Super Dad (My Father, the Manager)

SC: The people above me made so much noise last night I couldn't sleep!
SD: Did you tell the person on duty last night about it?
SC: NO!
SD: Why not?
SC: Who cares, I couldn't sleep, give me my money back!
SD: Why?
SC: Because I couldn't sleep! *bangs hands on counter* (I was in the office laughing)
SD: So how will the money help?
SC: .........................
SD: .........................
SC: *Bangs hands on counter again and storms off*

I walk up front, and my dad looks at me and says "Are you hot? Here is some money to keep you cool" I laughed my butt off.

I then look in the computer to see who stayed in the room above her, no one. If people are making noise, we will know about it, no one will honestly live through a noisy night without giving us a heads up.
