Hi
I've been reading this board for a while- 3 weeks I think.....maybe longer
And I finally thought....hey, what the heck. I might as well join.
I've been with Pizza Hut for about 3 years- on and off ( I did the whole away college thing for 4 months) and started as a Customer Service Rep....I answered phones, took orders, and got all the stuff dumped on me first. Then I thought... hey, might as well do the same for more money and became a shift manager.
Now I'm regretting that- I have crap for General and Assitant Managers, and a crew I can't do anything about..... and customers that make me wonder how they work a phone, let alone order a pizza. And I'm the person that's dumped on by all of them....mostly because I'm younger than them, and I'm too afraid of getting fired to yell back at my GM and AM. and obviously, the customer.
Anyway, I'm here now, and I think I've found my people
