They can't ride in the front seat without a doctor's note, that's all. As far as Yeller Cab is concerned, the driver would have to are supposed to call dispatch. (I imagine that most drivers wouldn't bother and would just drive them.)

On the other hand, Big Green Cab Co had to issue seatbelt extenders to wheelchair drivers as a condition of a new contract last year... but they only add about 6-8".
