Happy to be in jail?

My bf just showed me the local county jailhouse website. You can view the mugshots of all the inmates and see what they are in for.

When we saw this face we both had to say... "WTF? Why is he SMILING?"

Yeah. He's smiling in his mugshot.

Check out this girl, you'd think she was having a great time. It's a shame she has been arrested for hitting someone with her car.
