that's fine rate me the only time I become irritated is when you have given me the run around... Im sure the bestbuy store manage wanted to give me a SC of 10... Long story its about a microwave and a install that because not everything is listed on the website I didn't have it ready for them to install and I was to wait another week for install how about NO after getting ugly they came out next day again I tried to be nice till they were like we cant do anything for you.
