Haha by the last few posts I'd think this site changed from "Sucky Customers" to "Lobsters are Awesome!"
No, no, no. Lobsters are OK. Cajun-style crawdads are awesome!

Actually, you spell "wala" "viola" and pronounce "viola" "wala", not vi O la.

Violas are flowers. And the actual correct pronunciation of "viola" (wala) is "vwa la".

          So there.

          (I win).

(And "vwa la" is a different mouth movement that's more fun to say, try it, your lips can't help but feel foreign and sexy when you say "vwa la!")

A viola is a stringed instrument, not a flower.

The correct spelling in French, is "voila" (meaning, "look there" or more casually, "there it is!").

If you have to ask, it's probably better posted at www.fratching.com

Actually, not so much. I've both seen and heard emphasis on the lack of "v" noise, making it very much "wala." Onomontepeia ftw.

My grandma has a flower at her place that she calls violas......not violets, pansies, or petunias.....I'll poke around and see if I can't find what I'm talking about.

I've had fresh lobster. It was bland. I prefer more fishy tasting shellfish.
Well, the lobster I had was prepared by professional chefs on a cruise, so that probably accounts for how good it tasted. I'm almost certain I couldn't prepare it to any degree of tastiness that would compare with what I had on the cruise.

well about a pound and a half (a pound is about 10-12 to maybe 15 bucks but like i said you can normally do it for about 12) is enough for two people and you know you make a nice salad, share some cheap wine or maybe just some sparkling cider, and WALA!!!
romantice dinner for two ^_^ i can tell you a good recipee, but its not mine.
Oh and lobster, when properly seasoned and cooked is yummy
                      "Wala?"

                      Don't you mean "voila?"

I think 'wala' must be the ebonics equivalent of 'voila'.

Violas are also types of flowers, including the violet and pansy.
