People who can’t take a joke

At the returns desk I placed a skull (from our Halloween products) on the main counter with a sign that said, “This is what happened to the last customer who gave us a hard time.”

Cue in old irate lady who has nothing better to do. She tells the cashier at the returns desk, “That sign is very rude. I want a manager.” So of course they call me. It took so much for me not to LMAO!

I really wish people would get a sense of humour.

Hahaha, hilarious. It reminds me of when I worked at Blockbuster and people would complain about late fees, after a couple of years I instinctually started responding "You know you love them." I got a lot of scowls, but a couple of chuckles too... but a lot more scowls.
