Hello All,
I've been reading this forum on and off for 3 to 4 years and finally decided to post which I will probably do quite often now.
I've been with the same organization for about 8 years and gone form part time to store manager. I've seen a lot and been crapped on by many a SC. I figure the least I can do is talk with a group that understands what it ts like. BTW I've done fast food too.
Fortunately coming up through the ranks I still handle customers daily and understand and support my team unlike some I have seen.
