something like a newbie...
Hello everyone... I'm not really new to the site, but I have yet to make any posts or introduce myself. My name is Emily. I live in New Orleans, Louisiana. I am currently working at the front desk at a hotel in the city. The job I had before this one was at a grocery store where I was actually a supervisor. In my experience, I have had my share of sucky customers, just like everyone else. I actually enjoy the customer service industry, although it has its downsides (everything does). Anyway, I am looking forward to meeting some new people, sharing stories, and everything else that comes up. So, with that said... if there are any questions, feel free to ask!
