1/3 of Flint is VACANT
Heard this on NPR on my way home from work. Apparently the city of Flint is considering tearing down some of these vacant homes and helping people move into more condensed area. They are saying this will help with utilities like water/sewer and power. A downside of this will be in my line of work but thats a moot point to the story.
Anyone having this happen in your neck of the woods?
