companies that do that are awesome.. and typically small where the ceo or whoever has actually met all the employees.
there was an owner of the company that, when he sold the company, shared the profits with all his employees (the employees towards the bottom of the chain of command got $60) and even ex-employees. owner said it was the right thing to do.To err is human, to blame someone else shows good management skills.
